Google Docs users, it's no longer, access files on these services not only be done when it is online only, but you can also access them when you're not connected to the Internet.
Senior Vice President of Google, Pichai Sunday, confirmed that Google will soon allow offline access to Google Docs. But he did not say when the exact time.
"We all wear them on Google has internally. We need to ensure that the service was very good before it is ready to be released," he said as quoted by TG Daily, Friday (05/20/2011).
According to him, offline access will be very useful for the user while in transit on planes or trains without Wi-Fi access. Thus, they can still work on documents or files without an internet connection.
